Michael Grimes Director
Mr. Grimes has been practicing as a management consultant providing financial control solutions to the headquarters of the Canada Revenue Agency since October 1990. During this time he has been intricately involved in all aspects of the design, development and implementation of major system reengineering and enhancement initiatives within the Canada Revenue Agency. In addition, Mr. Grimes is providing professional financial services to the VideoShip group of companies as well as to DrugDocs USA Inc.
Prior to his professional consulting practice, Mr. Grimes accumulated five years experience in public accounting, articling with Deloitte & Touche, as well as Ginsberg, Gluzman, Fage and Levitz.
Mr. Grimes is a member of the Society of Management Accountants, as well as a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and CPA Australia. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Ottawa, and the CISA and CISM designations from the US Information Systems Audit and Control Association. He is also an SAP Certified FI Application Consultant.
He is functionally bilingual, having successfully completed the French language proficiency examination to practice accountancy in the Province of Quebec.
