During the course of the previous 13 years Meta-Business has been providing professional consulting services to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
During this time, the CRA has undertaken significant upgrades to its data and financial systems. Meta-Business consultants have been integrally involved in the design, development and implementation of these initiatives. We have also provided ongoing client support during the initial post-implementation period providing for a smooth transition from the precedent legacy processes to the reengineered processes.
The scope of activity spans from the analysis and documentation of existing manual and automated processes to the hand off of reengineered systems to the user community.
